Hi everyone, I am Caitlin Odell, a student at Keene State College. I am a declared Environmental Studies major and grew up in a small, farm town called North Branford, Connecticut. It is even nicknamed the “Cowtown.”
Growing up there I was, and still am, always surrounded by nature. I would drive past fields of corn and sunflowers just on my way to school. Sometimes, even the cows from a next-door farm would get loose and I’d wake up to mooing on my front lawn. This is what made me become an Environmental Studies major at Keene State.
I wanted to take an Industrialization class because we are able to get more involved in the Keene community and talk to the ones who worked their whole lives to help the Keene industrial sector flourish.
